Ndinta Herry Pramana Anta Ginting mengajak semua pengusaha Jakarta Timur bersatu untuk menghadapi tantangan berat ke depan.
Hal tersebut dikemukakan Anta Ginting menyusul terpilih dirinya sebagai Ketua Umum Kadin Jakarta Timur dalam Musyawarah Kota (Mukota) VI Kadin Jakarta Timur di Hotel 678, Jakarta Timur Kamis (28/10/2021).
“Saya mengajak semua pihak bersatu mulai awal baru, awal dalam langkah bersama menghadapi tantangan berat ke depan,” ujar Anta Ginting dalam keterangannya di Jakarta, Jumat (29/10/2021).
Kepada sejumlah pendukungnya, Wakil Bendahara Umum BPP Hipmi ini menyampaikan terima kasih. Sementara kepada dua pesaingnya dalam Mukota Jaktim, Jan Sembiring dan Mardjono, dia menyatakan siap mengakomodir visi dan misi mereka.
“Visi serta misi yang Bapak Jan Sembiring dan Bapak Mardjono sampaikan selayaknya juga menjadi bagian dari implementasi amanat saya selaku Ketua Umum terpilih Kadin Jakarta Timur saat ini,” kata Anta Ginting.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, dia menyampaikan satu pesan inti yang sangat penting.
“Di penghujung hari, kita semua di sini adalah perwakilan pengusaha Jakarta Timur, dan kepemimpinan saya sebagai Ketua Umum Kadin Jakarta Timur merupakan kepemimpinan untuk semua pemangku kepentingan pengusaha Jakarta Timur, dan bukan cuma sebagian saja,” ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut Anta menjelaskan maksud pernyataan tantangan berat yang akan dihadapi.
“Tantangan berat tersebut saya bagi menjadi tantangan urgen saat ini, serta tantangan jangka panjang. Tantangan urgen, sebagaimana kita ketahui, adalah menghadapi dan beradaptasi dengan dampak pandemi Covid-19. Semua lini usaha, mulai dari usaha mikro, kecil, menengah sampai besar, tidak ada yang luput terkena dampak negatifnya,” katanya.
Untuk itu Anta berharap Kadin Jakarta Timur dapat proaktif menjadi “rumah” pengusaha, saling berkolaborasi, sehingga bisa keluar dari dampak pandemi dengan sehat, kuat, dan bertambah maju.
Anta juga menjelaskan soal tantangan jangka panjang, yaitu bagaimana ekonomi digital mendisrupsi, menggetarkan model bisnis nasional saat ini.
“Kalau pengusaha lokal tidak beradaptasi terhadap perubahan ini, maka kita tidak bisa keluar sebagai pemenang di tengah persaingan bisnis saat ini. Kadin Jakarta Timur akan saya optimalkan untuk menjadi solusi para pengusaha Jakarta Timur menghadapi ekonomi 4.0, ekonomi digital yang akan semakin marak di tanah air,” katanya.
Dalam menghadapi semua tantangan yang disebutkan, Anta mengajak semua pihak, untuk bersinergi, dan berkolaborasi, yang akan mengangkat “kapal” Kadin Jakarta Timur sehingga dapat mencapai kesuksesan bersama.
